Heather Almquist

Heather Almquist has extensive experience in proposal development, having worked at GC Services Limited Partnership as a Proposal Coordinator from July 2002 to July 2008, then at Lockton Companies as a Content Coordinator and Proposal Specialist from July 2008 to July 2017, and currently at Marsh as a Vice President - Lead Proposal Specialist since July 2017. Heather leads strategy in developing RFP responses for both public and private sector opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive value proposition.
