Irel Viloria is an experienced Risk Engineer and currently serves as the VP Downstream Risk Engineer and Global Energy & Power Risk Engineering Data Analytics Leader at Marsh. With a strong background in downstream oil and gas operations, Irel has a proven track record in risk assessments, underwriting surveys, and enhancing safety and compliance within high-hazard energy environments. Prior to their current role, Irel held positions at Thames OilPort, Greenergy, Albright Design Services, and Shell, where they developed process engineering solutions and conducted in-depth risk evaluations. Irel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Valle del Momboy.
