With over 25 years of experience in medical malpractice insurance, they previously founded Mahoney & Associates Insurance Brokers, Inc. and led the Professional Liability Practice at USI Insurance Services. James began their career as an underwriter at Coverys, preparing actuarial models and fostering relationships within the industry. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UMass Boston, a BS in Business Management from Westfield State University, and a high school diploma in Business from Boston College High School.
