Jorge Guzman

Jorge Guzman is currently an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Insurance Group at Marsh, where they apply their expertise in insurance operations. Previously, Jorge served as a Property Underwriting Analyst at AIG, providing critical support to underwriters and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication with brokers. Their foundational experience includes advocacy roles on the California State University Northridge University Student Union Board of Directors and various finance committees, where they focused on improving policies and addressing student needs. Jorge holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
