With over 12 years of extensive experience, including more than 5 years in insurance account management, Joy serves as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring compliance with the Bermuda Insurance Act and other statutory requirements. Prior to joining Marsh, Joy worked as a Senior Account Executive at Aon and held senior audit positions at Moore Stephens, Deloitte, and BDO in the Philippines, offering valuable insights into the audit of captives and regulatory requirements. Joy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the East in 2010.
