Kathie Maley is a seasoned professional in relationship management and risk and insurance, currently serving as the Managing Director and Growth Leader for Energy & Power at Marsh. Previously, they held roles such as Global Relationship Leader at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where they focused on client retention and relationship development, and Executive Vice President at IMA Financial Group, where they significantly exceeded industry growth standards. With a strong background in leading cross-disciplinary teams and enhancing client experience, Kathie has consistently prioritized strategic planning and operational efficiency throughout their career. They also engage in community initiatives as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair for Houston RIMS. Kathie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Fort Hays State University.
