Kathy Barlow

Kathy Barlow is a seasoned insurance and risk advisor with over 20 years of experience in risk management and insurance solutions for public and private equity-backed companies. As a Managing Director at Marsh McLennan, they assist C-suites and boards in evaluating and transferring risk from their balance sheets, focusing on areas such as directors and officers liability, cyber liability, and claims recovery. Previously, Kathy held roles including Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies and General Counsel at The Bernstein Companies. They also served as President of the Association of Corporate Counsel National Capital Region in 2004 and, prior to that, worked as Assistant General Counsel at Truist. Currently, Kathy is pursuing a JD at Emory University School of Law.
