Kylie Schram graduated from Michigan State University in 2021 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Data Analytics. They began their career as a Health Consultant at Mercer in 2020 before joining Marsh, where they progressed from TRAC Associate to Associate Broker and ultimately to Vice President of the US Property Practice. Currently based in Chicago, Kylie is also working toward obtaining an Associate in Risk Management designation (ARM).
