Leon Seifert is currently the Head of Engineering Lines at Marsh, where they also serve as Broking Leader for Hydrogen in Germany. They previously held the position of Senior Fachbetreuer/Broker for Engineering Lines and Renewable Energy at Marsh from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Leon gained experience as an Underwriter and Project Leader at HDI Global SE from 2016 to 2021 and worked as an Underwriter for Sports, Leisure, Entertainment, and European Delegated Authority at HDI Global Specialty SE in 2021-2022. Leon holds a Master’s degree in International Financial Management from Allensbach Hochschule Konstanz and a Bachelor of Arts in Versicherungswesen/Industrieversicherung from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
