Li Ye

Li Ye currently serves as Vice President in Transaction Risk for Private Equity & M&A Services at Marsh, a position held since November 2021, following roles as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager within the same department. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in the China Practice and Mergers & Acquisitions at WongPartnership LLP from December 2018 to November 2021, and as a Practice Trainee at the same firm. Additional internships included positions at Allen & Gledhill LLP, Drew & Napier LLC, and WongPartnership LLP, as well as a Risk Assurance Internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Li Ye obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore and the University of Copenhagen, and completed GCE A Levels at Hwa Chong Institution.
