Luca Tresham

Luca Tresham is currently the Vice President at Marsh, a role they have held since 2023. They previously worked at Aon as an Associate and later as Assistant Vice President in Professional Services from 2018 to 2021. Luca gained valuable experience as an Economics and Strategy Intern at the National Bank of Canada in 2015, as well as a Financial Advisory Intern at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton the same year. Their early career included a position as a Sales Associate at L'Équipe Spectra in 2014 and serving as an Intramural Hockey Official at McGill Athletics from 2015 to 2017. Luca earned a Bachelor's Degree from McGill University after graduating from Phillips Academy.
