Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes, PE, currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Architect, Engineers, Contractors Professional Liability at Marsh, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Matt was the AVP of Construction Professional at Arch Insurance Group Inc. and a Captain Civil Engineer Officer in the United States Air Force from 2009 to 2015. Matt's extensive experience includes positions as a Sr. Risk Engineering Consultant at The Hartford and Engineering Manager at Unilever. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
