Michael Ma is an experienced business executive in the insurance and consulting industries, particularly in the Asia Pacific region, with a strong connection to the Chinese market. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Marsh, they have a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and insurance placement, having successfully built the Marsh China Client Services practice group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a PhD in Management, and an MBA, and most recently has been an adjunct lecturer at Tsinghua University, teaching “Global Marketing” to International MBA students. Their previous roles include positions at Aon, Austrade, and GHD, where they made substantial contributions to project management and business strategy.
