Michael Serricchio, J.D., has extensive experience in tax consulting with a focus on captive insurance. Michael began as a Staff consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from August 2001 to May 2002, specializing in federal, state, and international captive tax matters. Following this, Michael served as a Senior Tax Associate at KPMG LLP from 2002 to 2005, working as an Insurance Tax Senior Associate and Captive Insurance Consultant. From September 2005 to April 2017, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President at Marsh USA Inc., providing consulting services for insurance, finance, legal, and tax aspects related to captive insurance companies. Since April 2017, Michael has been the Managing Director and Americas Consulting Leader at Marsh Captive Solutions, also serving as the US & Canada Regional Leader. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from The University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
