Mitch Griffiths

Mitch Griffiths is the Managing Director at Marsh Pty Ltd, where they leverage extensive experience in identifying, managing, and transferring risk through both traditional and alternative solutions. With a background as Corporate Underwriting Manager at Royal and Sun Alliance from 1979 to 1996, Mitch has developed strong relationships within national and international insurance and capital markets. They have also been involved in the formation of captive insurance companies and the application of quantitative models for reinsurance placement. Mitch earned a Diploma of Insurance (Broking) from the National Insurance Brokers Association between 1987 and 1990.
