Nancy Chou is currently the Chief Counsel at Marsh Mercer Taiwan, a position held since 2018. They previously worked in various compliance and legal roles, including Head of Compliance at AIA Taiwan and Senior Legal Counsel at AEGON Life Insurance (Taiwan) Inc. Nancy earned a Master’s degree from Boston University School of Law in 2004 and holds an LL.B. in Law from National Taiwan University, completed in 1997.
