Natalie previously served as an Account Executive at Perkins Slade Ltd, an Associate Director at SPORTS INSURE LIMITED, and a Team Leader in the International Department at Marsh. In 2007, they were recognized as Young Achiever of the Year by the Birmingham Insurance Institute and now holds the position of Head of National Governing Bodies within the Bluefin Sport team.
