Nick Holland

Nick Holland is a Managing Director and Head of Engineering IMEA at Marsh, where they lead a team of over 70 professionals in risk engineering for the energy and power sectors. Nick has extensive experience in refining and chemicals, having worked at ExxonMobil for eight years in various technical and managerial roles. They began their career as a Risk Management & Compliance Administrator at RBC and served in the British Army as a Territorial Army Sponsored Officer for the Royal Engineers. Nick holds a First Class MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath and has demonstrated expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and process optimization in their current and past roles.
