Ozair Mir

Ozair Mir is an experienced professional in the insurance broking industry, having worked with Marsh & McLennan Companies from 2003 to 2016. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee and advanced to become the Managing Director and Global Digital Product Owner, leading a large-scale transformation program to digitize the placement process. Throughout their tenure, Ozair held various leadership roles, including overseeing operations and strategy across global portfolios and managing complex change initiatives. They earned an MSC in Information Technology from Queen Mary University of London and are a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
