Paul Andrew

Paul Andrew is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with extensive experience in construction and risk management for major civil engineering and building projects, both in the UK and internationally. They began their career as a Construction Engineer at the Airport Authority Hong Kong and have since held various senior roles, including Senior Engineer at Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation and Engineering Manager at Crossrail Ltd. Currently, Paul works as a Senior Construction Risk Consultant at Marsh, focusing on risk management in construction projects. They hold a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering from City, University of London.
