Paul Sampson

Paul Sampson boasts extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, with a career spanning over four decades. Starting at Alexander Howden Group Ltd from 1982 to 1997, Paul Sampson held various accounting roles demonstrating steady promotional progress. Subsequently, Paul Sampson served at Aon from 1997 to 2006 as an Accounts Director, with significant growth during this period. From August 2006 to June 2013, Paul Sampson held the position of Head of Technical Accounts at Xchanging, overseeing a substantial team and managing a multi-million-pound budget. Paul Sampson joined Capita Insurance Services in September 2013 as Head of Operational Improvement, later taking on the role of Interim Head of Technical Services during a vital IT migration.
