Pete Clayton is currently the Dubai Engineering Hub Leader at Marsh, where they lead a team of engineers to provide Risk Engineering services within the Energy and Power Practice. They previously held positions at ExxonMobil, where they served as a Hydroprocessing Engineer and Catalyst Coordinator, providing technical leadership and optimizing operations. Pete began their career with internships at Lucite International, contributing to R&D projects and batch production management. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University, graduating with First Class honors.
