Phil Elson

Phil Elson, BSc (Hons), MSc, began their career in aviation insurance in 1988 and currently serves as Managing Director and Senior Director - Client Relations at Marsh, overseeing the Aviation & Aerospace Practice. With an academic background in management and sociology, they combine their knowledge with over 30 years of practical experience in the industry. Previously, Phil held leadership roles at Willis and Aon, managing teams and client relationships in both the US and international markets. Phil earned a Master's degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Salford.
