Phil Hobson

Phil Hobson is the Affinity Leader within Marsh's international division, a newly created role. He is responsible for overseeing he development of Marsh’s affinity business across the international division, comprising Africa, Asia, Continental Europe, Latin America & the Caribbean, Middle East and North Africa, Pacific, and the UK & Ireland.

In this role, Hobson works closely with Marsh’s global digital group in the development of new platform solutions, as well as the deployment of Bluestream, Marsh’s cloud-based digital broker platform for the affinity market.

He joined Marsh in 1996 and has has over 34 years of industry experience to the role.
