Philip Mouser

Philip Mouser is the National Practice Leader and Senior Vice President at Marsh, where they have served in various capacities, including Vice President of Marsh Global Analytics and Assistant Vice President of Marsh Business Analytics, from 2012 to 2020. Prior to this, Philip worked as a Lead Consultant at Aviva, focusing on the development and implementation of modeling tools for insurance pricing from 2006 to 2007, and as a Teaching Associate at the University of East Anglia, where they produced teaching materials and conducted seminars from 2002 to 2006. Philip earned a PhD in Combinatorial Optimization/Operations Research from the University of East Anglia and a Canadian Risk Management designation from the University of Toronto, achieving the top mark in Canada.
