Priscille Hérault

Priscille Hérault is the Managing Director and Practice Leader for Private Equity and M&A Services at Marsh France, where they advise clients on risk management and insurance strategies in M&A transactions. With over 20 years of experience in the M&A insurance industry, Priscille previously held various underwriting roles at Tokio Marine HCC, including leading the M&A underwriting department for Europe and the UK. Priscille's early career included positions at Marsh, where they focused on bespoke insurance solutions for M&A and later served as a Senior Consultant. They hold multiple master's degrees in law from the University of East Anglia and Université de Tours.
