Quentin Remy

Quentin Remy is an experienced operations leader dedicated to building client-focused teams across multiple geographies and business segments. Currently serving as the Leader of Operations for Marsh in the BeLux, Nordics, and Ireland regions, they manage a substantial team to enhance service quality and drive strategic transformation. Quentin previously held several key positions, including Head of Operations and Client Servicing at Marsh, and worked as a Process & Quality Manager at Aon, where they promoted innovation and efficiency. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School and a Master in European Studies from the Université libre de Bruxelles, both earned with honors.
