Regina Spratt

Regina Spratt currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Marsh since March 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience gained through various roles at the company, including US Southeast Region Leader and US Sales Leader. Prior to joining Marsh, Regina Spratt founded Leading People Right in January 2018, focusing on enhancing leadership effectiveness to promote sustainable growth. Regina Spratt's career began with engineering positions at Schindler Elevator Corporation and Hertz, transitioning into leadership roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 1997 to 2017. Regina Spratt holds a B.A. in Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
