Sam Thomas

Sam Thomas is the Head of Transactional Risk at Marsh Specialty, bringing a decade of experience in the Transactional Risk markets, particularly in Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, Tax, and Contingent Insurance products. With a strong background as both an M&A lawyer and tax advisor, Sam has provided strategic advice on some of the largest and most complex transactions, specializing in offshore deal risks. Previously, Sam held positions at Aon, PwC, and Maddocks, and has worked extensively with corporate and private equity clients on a multitude of M&A transactions. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Sam also holds several qualifications, including a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and a Chartered Accountant designation.
