Serena Sowers

Serena Sowers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Marsh since December 2023, Serena previously held the position of Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from January 2022 to November 2023. From January 2017 to December 2022, Serena was Vice President of Public Sector Solutions at Swiss Re, and prior to that, held the role of Senior Consultant at Deloitte from January 2013 to December 2017, as well as at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2010 to December 2013. Serena's academic credentials include a B.A. from Yale University and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
