Simon O'Brien

Simon O'Brien is a seasoned professional in the valuation sector, currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Valuations for Asia & Pacific at Marsh since January 2024. Previously, Simon held the role of Managing Director and Head of Valuations for the Pacific region at Marsh Australia and New Zealand since December 2021, and was the Head of Valuations for Australia & New Zealand at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia from May 2015 onwards. Before these positions, Simon worked at Aon from January 2010 to January 2012, where roles included Senior Consultant and National Operations Manager for Valuations. Simon has a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and has expertise in managing valuation practices and leading operations across multiple regions, including Australia, Asia, the Middle East, the USA, and Europe.
