Steven Hills

Steven Hills is the Chief Client Officer, South Island at Marsh Limited, a position they began in 2023. Previously, they served as a Southern Regional Manager at Willis Towers Watson from 2006 to 2016, and held various managerial roles across several companies in the insurance industry, including Divisional Manager at State Insurance and Branch Manager at I C Frith. Steven enjoys the challenges of managing client and insurer relationships, particularly in navigating claims and policy matters. They are passionate about helping young individuals achieve their best. Steven completed their education at Shirley Boys High School from 1981 to 1985.
