Susan Denecke, CEAS, is a Senior Vice President - Process Quality Manager for the Virtual Ergonomics practice at Marsh Risk Consulting, where they have worked since 2015. Based in Atlanta, Susan oversees process efficiency and delivery standards while providing expertise in reducing workers’ compensation claims. They have extensive experience in process improvement, information system design, benchmarking, and RMIS optimization. Susan graduated with a BA in English Language & Literature from Montclair State University in 1989. Recently, they have embraced retirement, starting in 2022.
