Thomas M. is the Casualty & Healthcare Placement Leader at Bowring Marsh Bermuda, where they lead the placement activities for the Healthcare and Casualty teams, handling North America domiciled insureds. They are responsible for managing the team and developing new product solutions in the Bermuda marketplace. Previously, Thomas held various roles including Head of US Casualty at Marsh and Divisional Director for Energy Liability at RKH Specialty. They also completed the Catlin Graduate Development Programme, gaining exposure to multiple underwriting teams. Thomas graduated with a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
