Thomas Tang has extensive experience in operations and business management, having served in key roles at prominent companies. At Chubb, Thomas held the position of Manager in Billing, Business Processing & Operations Delivery from June 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Thomas was Deputy Service Manager at DBS Bank from August 2012 to June 2018. Currently, Thomas is the Head of Placement Operations for Wholesale & Retail at Marsh since March 2024, also holding the title of Vice President, Operations & Technology for the Asia Wholesale Placement Hub. Academically, Thomas completed an Executive MBA with Honors from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus in Finance from Singapore Management University, earned in 2011.
