With a robust history in marketing and sales strategies, Troy has successfully managed teams and developed innovative solutions across various sectors, including consumer goods and vehicle service contracts. Troy's previous roles include serving as Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Assurant Solutions and multiple leadership positions at Service Net, where they drove product development and strategic marketing initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
