Wendy Hou

Wendy Hou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, model development, and product management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Research and Model Development at Marsh since July 2017, Wendy previously held key positions including Solutions Architect at Schlumberger and Director of Research at Pivot Point Risk Analytics. With a solid foundation in software engineering from roles at organizations such as Rogue Wave Software and HP, Wendy has demonstrated a strong ability to drive product strategy, enhance analytics capabilities, and manage complex data architectures. Wendy holds dual Master of Science degrees in Mathematics and Physics, as well as Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of Houston.
