William Yao is the China Practice Leader of Marine and Cargo at Marsh China since 2021. Previously, Yao held various roles in business development and management at CCCC International Shipping Corp and Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. Yao's earlier experience includes a position as M.I.S.E. Trainee at Svitzer Far East, where they achieved top performance metrics. They obtained an MBA in International Marketing and Sales from Nankai University and a degree in Bio-chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
