Xavier Decis

Xavier Decis is currently the Responsable Equipe ETI at Marsh, where they have worked since 2016. They have held various prestigious roles within Marsh, including Directeur Commercial Adjoint Grands Comptes and Head of Aviation. Prior to their current position, Xavier worked as an Underwriter in the Aviation Department at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty from 1994 to 1997. Xavier holds multiple degrees, including PhDs from ENASS - CHEA and Paris ESLSCA Business School, along with a Law Degree from Aix-Marseille University.
