Xinze Peng, Ph.D., is currently the Vice President and Climate Risk Strategy Lead at Marsh, where they lead consulting engagements focused on ESG, climate risk, and decarbonization strategies. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at GHD, specializing in ESG and climate change consulting, and served as a Consultant at Exponent, engaging in various projects within the utility, tech, mining, insurance, and renewable energy sectors. Xinze also gained experience as a Consulting Intern at Ramboll in 2018. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Environmental & Equipment Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
