Jake M. has held various roles in the IT industry since 1991. Jake's first role was Operations Coordinator and Information Systems Technician at The George Washington University. In 1995, they became Manager of Information Systems/Lead Engineer at Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. Jake then moved to Greenwich Technology Partners in 1999, where they were a Managing Consultant/Partner. In 2014, they became Chief Technology Officer at Marshak Computer Solutions, Corp. and in 2015, they were Director Network Services at Inova Health System. In this role, they were responsible for deployment and support of all common communication infrastructure systems and directed a team of 51 engineers, analysts, and managers. Jake achieved network availability and team performance KPIs 28 of the last 29 months and supported 168 enterprise projects in 2018 with consistent on-time and on-budget performance.
Jake M. graduated from The George Washington University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Sports Medicine, having started their studies there in 1990.
