Patrick Schmidt

Patrick Schmidt is the Managing Director at Marshall & Stevens, specializing in business valuation and litigation support. With extensive experience in the field, Patrick previously served as President of Value Consulting Group, where business appraisal services were provided to privately held businesses. Earlier roles included Manager at Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP, and Partner at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. Patrick also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of St. Thomas. They hold an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Management and Spanish from Ripon College.
