Ryan McMillian

Ryan McMillian is an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in retail management, having held positions at Pacific Sunwear and MARSHALLS LLC. Between 2018 and 2022, Ryan managed a store at Pacific Sunwear, where they focused on sales strategies, employee development, and operational efficiency. Prior to that, Ryan served as a Store Manager at Finish Line from 2014 to 2015 and gained valuable experience as a Snowboard Instructor at Dry Hill Ski Area from 2012 to 2014. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York College at Oswego and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Jefferson Community College.
