Jamie Maxwell's work experience begins in 2015 as a Classroom Assistant at KNIGHTSBRIDGE SCHOOL LIMITED. In 2017, they worked as a Court Attendant at LSS FM and as Bar Staff at Bar Nation. In 2018, they interned at Close Brothers, where they completed a research project on the US trade war. From 2017 to 2018, they also worked as a Sales Assistant and Hosting at KWD Solutions. In 2019, they interned at Whitehall Court Insurance and Sarasin & Partners LLP. Later in 2019, they worked as a Junior Account Manager & Customer Support Coordinator at Let's Do This. In 2020, Jamie attended a Software Engineering Immersive program at General Assembly. Following that, they joined Marshmallow, starting as a Customer Operations Executive and progressing to roles such as Customer Operations Specialist, Customer Operations Coach, and currently, they hold the position of Customer Operations Lead.
