Chris Ferguson

Chris Ferguson currently serves as the Head of Training for the Middle East at MARSS Group, a technology company focused on protecting lives and critical infrastructure globally, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Chris worked as the Training and Development Manager at Pete's Dragons, managing training for various public sector organizations, and held the position of Deputy Head of Training Services at KBR, Inc., overseeing training delivery for the Saudi Arabian National Guard School of Signals. Previous experience includes managing training programs for GPT Special Project Management and IR-SS, as well as extensive service in the Royal Marines, culminating in roles such as Second in Command of the Commando Training Wing and Chief Instructor of the Command Wing. Chris holds a DTTLS (Cert Ed) in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Plymouth and a Business Studies ONC from Carlisle Technical College.
