Stephen Scott

Stephen Scott has extensive experience in the defense industry. Stephen currently serves as the Head of R&D (Defence) at MARSS Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at MARSS Group as the Head of Countermeasures from November 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining MARSS Group, Stephen worked at MBDA for many years. Stephen held various roles during their tenure, including Head of Future Battlefield Capability from January 2014 to December 2020, Project Lead (Principal Systems Eng) from August 2010 to January 2014, Senior Systems Engineer from August 2006 to August 2010, and Graduate Engineer from September 2004 to August 2006.

Stephen Scott received a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics from the University of Strathclyde from 1997 to 2001. Stephen also obtained a PgD in Information Technology from the University of Paisley.
