Chris Winston

Chris Winston is a highly motivated General Manager at Marston's PLC, overseeing the Baileys Court Inn since 2015. With over 13 years of experience in the licensed bar industry, Chris has effectively managed multi-site operations and excelled in training new managers through the Marston's development program. Previously, Chris held managerial positions at Stonegate Pub Company and Lava Lounge, where they successfully ran high-capacity venues and organized a diverse range of events. Chris is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design, further enhancing their expertise in management and operations.
