Gareth Hibbert has extensive experience in kitchen management and safety advisory roles within the food and hospitality sectors. Beginning as a Chef at Southampton Fresh Air Home in 2009, Gareth progressed to Kitchen Manager positions at JD Wetherspoon, The Restaurant Group plc, and Whitbread between 2012 and 2019, ensuring high food quality and effective team management. Following this, Gareth served as a Safety Advisor at NSF Food Safety & Quality from May 2019 to March 2023 and currently holds the position of Regional Safety Advisor at Marston's PLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Coventry University.
