Currently serving as an area head chef and kitchen manager at Marston's PLC since 2003, Will has worked across various roles—from potwash to general manager—demonstrating a deep commitment to coaching and training others. Additionally, Will has recently embarked on an apprenticeship to become a learning and development practitioner, furthering their dedication to the growth of teams within the hospitality trade. As a football coach since 2025, Will continues to inspire and motivate individuals in both culinary and athletic environments.
