Martec Marine is a specialized partner in onboard safety engineering.
We develop integrated monitoring, control and decision support systems for emergency management on cruise ships, navy vessels and megayachts.

All our solutions — software, hardware, interfaces and communication protocols — are developed in-house, ensuring architectural consistency, operational continuity and long-term reliability throughout the vessel lifecycle.

Martec Marine was born as the specialized division of Martec S.p.A., an Italian company with more than 30 years of experience in the naval and military sectors.

With operational headquarters in Milan, offices in Genoa and La Spezia, a U.S. subsidiary, a French subsidiary and a software house in Ivrea, we collaborate with major European shipyards, leading cruise operators and the Italian Navy.

Want to join our universe?

Working at Martec means designing mission-critical systems in an international environment where precision and responsibility truly matter.

We are looking for people who think in systems, embrace complexity and want to contribute to solutions that protect vessels, crews and missions.

Because in our universe every system communicates.
And every person makes a difference.
